Get Your iPod Repaired!

Follow these steps for an easy, quick and safe transaction....

Step 1: Need a repair quote? Have questions? Email Us. Tell us your problem and we'll reply shortly with an *estimated* cost and provide our shipping address.
1a. Make sure you include...

Explanation of problem and/or parts you want repaired/replaced


Step 2: Package your iPod securely. We suggest wrapping the iPod itself in bubble wrap and placing it in a small box, or a bubble wrap padded envelope giving your delicate iPod enough cushion. See other iPod shipping tips...
Step 3: Mail us your iPod. As soon as we receive it, we'll email you and confirm receipt. We'll then do a diagnosis on your iPod and pinpoint the exact problem. We'll then send you another email with our findings and suggestions for repair/replacement of parts and total cost.


Step 4: You contact us back with an Approve/Decline of repairs/replacement of parts.
4a. If you approve, we'll send you a PAYPAL invoice to your email. Once Payment is made, iPod will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24-48 hours.
4b. If you decline, we'll send you a PAYPAL invoice for $10.00, the cost of labor for the diagnostics and the return shipping charges. Once payment is confirmed, iPod will be shipped back to you in its original state within 24-48 hours. Shipping is FREE if repairs are made to your iPod.

4c. At this time, we may also offer to purchase your broken iPod from you. If so, we'll make an offer and if accepted, we'll mail you a check or send you the funds via PAYPAL.

Step 5: SaveMyiPod.com will give you a 30 Day Warranty on all replacement parts and repairs. Should your iPod malfunction after repair and within the 30 day period, email us and and we'll arrange for you to ship the iPod back to us so that we can diagnose the problem again and re-fix it for free. Our 30 Day Warranty only covers the parts that we replaced/repaired. For example, if we replaced your battery and 20 days later your LCD Screen goes blank, that is an LCD Screen problem, not related to the battery and is not covered under our warranty.
