iPod Shipping Tips

The most agonozing thing about getting your iPod repaired is the frustration of wondering whether or not your iPod arrived on-time. Was it packed securely? Did it get lost in the mail? Etc. Follow some of these steps to ensure yourself some peace of mind when shipping out your precious iPods....

1. We suggest wrapping your iPod in a layer or two of bubble wrap. Cut a small piece, at least 6"x 6" and tightly wrap it around your iPod. Use a piece of tape to secure the bubble wrap in place.

2. Place the iPod in a small sturdy box. Throw some newspaper in there for extra cushion. Choose a package that fits your iPod securely. Make sure you only send your iPod, we do not need any other items.

3. Before you seal the package, on a separate piece of paper, please include the following:
Name
Email Address
iPod Model
Color
Serial Number
Brief description of the problem you're having

4. If using the USPS, your best bet is to use Priority Mail which guarantees delivery in 2-3 days. You might also want to splurge for Delivery Confirmation as well and Insurance is optional. Its all about how you feel when shipping. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, or DAMAGED ITEMS. This is why we suggest Delivery Confirmation, so you can track your package.

5. Once we receive your package, we will confirm receipt by email, test your iPod, and email you an exact quote on cost to repair and parts that may need to be replaced.
